She is responsible for:guiding the work on the European Pillar of Social Rights to tackle the skills and labour gaps, focusing on training and educationhelping to build Union of equality to create a fairer society and social modelguiding the work on supporting young people and ensuring fairness between generations, through Erasmus+, Youth Policy Dialogues, better support for the mental health of our youth, strengthening our European Sport Model and promoting cultureembedding a new culture of preparedness to help people adapt to change and risks

Burns Night is a time to enjoy Scottish traditions and celebrate the renowned poet Robert Burns with a classic combination of haggis, neeps, tatties, some reciting of poetry, and maybe even a warming dram. It's also an opportunity to celebrate Scotland's enduring legacy of creativity.
