Boschman is a wine expert who was ranked “Best Sommelier in Belgium" in
1988. He has columns in several publications, including "La Dernière
Heure", "Moustique" and "Femmes d'Aujourd'hui." On Bel RTL radio, he has
contributed to "Laissez-moi Dormir" since 2008. He appears on the
television shows "Père et Fils"and "Sans Chichi” as the character
Monsieur Oenophile. Also a former restaurateur, Boschman will pair wines
with our Stanhope meal and introduce us to unusual selections. 50
