Hike to Help 25K through Pajottenland

Follow the Pede River out of Brussels into nature and see a watermill and castle! This full-day, intermediate hike will take advantage of the autumn weather and colors in Pajottenland. It will be led by Wessel Kooyman of the Expat Hiking Brussels Meet-up Group. All proceeds will go to Serve the City to help send underprivileged children to the zoo for a day. 15 EUR/person. Adults only.

Just take tram 81 to the end of the line to stop Marius Renard and walk 20 minutes to cows. The hike will end at train station Ternat, where we take the train back to Brussels. You'll need a one way trip ticket from Ternat to Brussels. Maximum 30 adults.

• In case you are late, the group can only wait until 9:30 am.

• We will follow government guidelines on COVID-19 regarding distancing, etc.
• You'll need good hiking shoes or boots, rain gear, sunscreen, plenty of water (1.5L minimum) and snacks if desired.
• The hiking speed is moderate to fast. You may need to have recent hiking experience and be in good shape.
• Please also note that the route may vary.
